Picked up our new furry family member from the Balestier store a fortnight ago and everything has gone smoothly. Big thanks to Nelson, who made technical stuff feel obvious. Everything they promised on the phone was exactly what we got in person. Our Cavapoo has settled in wonderfully. Highly recommend Curious Tails at Balestier to anyone after a puppy they can trust.

Friendly, honest, and the dogs are well looked after. Nelson and Kim clearly knew far more than the last two shops we visited. Our Cavapoo has been an absolute joy since coming home. An easy five stars from the four of us. 🐾

Had such a wonderful experience bringing home our Dachshund pup from Curious Tails in Balestier. Nelson made us feel right at home and explained the feeding schedule in detail. Our pup was clean, well-socialised, and full of energy when we brought it home. We couldn't be more pleased, an easy five stars.

After months of searching for the right Cavapoo, we found Curious Tails in Balestier and everything just clicked. What really stood out was how Kim and Nelson gave us all the information we needed and more without ever rushing us. You can tell they're not just making a sale; they want the best start for both pup and owner. They followed up after a few days just to check how our pup was settling in. Will absolutely return and recommend without hesitation.

We weren't even sure we were ready, but a visit to Curious Tails in Balestier sealed the deal on our Maltipoo. Honestly, Nelson and Kim gave us a wonderful bundle of complimentary items, which made the whole thing stress-free. The full vaccination was already covered, which showed how much they care. Honestly couldn't recommend Curious Tails highly enough.

We visited a few places before Curious Tails, but their Balestier store stood out immediately. Nelson were professional and reassuring and were attentive and genuinely helpful, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The full vaccination was already covered, which showed how much they care. They gave us ample time to interact with the puppies before we decided. If you want peace of mind buying a puppy, this is the place.
