Visited other shops before Curious Tails at Balestier, and theirs stood out straight away. it was clear Nelson shared very useful tips, the kind you usually get from experienced owners. Our Poodle is doing brilliantly, by the way. Will be back, and will recommend without hesitation. ⭐

Very sincere service. Nelson and Kim talked us through socialising the pup with our older dog and backed everything up with real examples, not just generic advice. Our Dachshund healthy and playful, no complaints. Very happy with our Dachshund so far. Forever grateful. She's the best thing to happen to us this year. 🥰

No complaints whatsoever. Nelson and Kim really went out of the way to help us, not obligated to do so much and threw in a proper starter collar without a second thought. Our Cavapoo is thriving. Our Cavapoo is the best addition to the family. No hesitation recommending them to anyone.

We managed to get our dream dog today. As we will be travelling overseas for 2 weeks somewhere end of Oct26, Kim & Nelson are very kind and helpful to let our cutie stays with them till we came back from holidays. Getting a puppy felt like a big leap until we walked into the Balestier store. What sold us in the end was how open they were about everything. Really appreciate that Nelson and Kim gave us sensible advice for the first fortnight, plus arranged the delivery to our place without us even asking. Nothing felt glossed over, from the price right down to the small print. Our Cavapoo is the best addition to the family. So glad we chose Curious Tails in Balestier. Flat feels complete now.

Went into the shop at Balestier just to compare prices and left with a tiny Poodle instead. Kim and Nelson taught us how to settle a puppy through the first few nights and helped us settle everything smoothly, very efficient one, and never once rushed us. Couldn't have wished for anything better with the team at Curious Tails. 🐩

If deciding where to get a Cavapoo, the shop at Balestier is where I'd tell you to start. You could tell corners weren't being cut anywhere, from the prices down. Our Cavapoo very healthy, vet also said can see properly taken care of before we bought. If peace of mind matters to you, this is the place. 😊

Went in with a long list of questions and left with a puppy. That says it all about their little store in Balestier. Could tell Nelson loved the job, not just the sale. Nelson included the puppy pads we thought we'd have to buy, plus held the price they'd quoted a week earlier. AVS licensed one, so we felt more at ease compared to buying from unlicensed places. Everything they promised on the phone was exactly what we got in person. Our Cavapoo has settled in wonderfully. Would point any new fur parent their way in a heartbeat.

A random brunch at Balestier and otw to get tau sar piah, in the end, brought this doggo home. It has been two weeks, many shitty poopy moments but the cuteness on innocent doggo face wipe away all the stinky part of a pet owner. Nelson has been super helpful to answer questions genuinely and without hesitations. Applaud the patience rendered. Highly recommended, you can board the doggo when you’re overseas with a very small fee.
