What we collect

When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email, we receive the details you share with us: your name, contact number, and anything you tell us about your home and lifestyle so we can recommend a suitable breed.

When you buy a puppy, we collect the details required to complete AVS licensing, microchip registration, and the Pet Purchase Declaration — this is a regulatory requirement for every licensed pet shop in Singapore.

Our website itself does not require an account and has no login. If we enable analytics (Google Analytics 4), it collects standard usage data such as pages visited and approximate location, using cookies.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, match you with a suitable puppy, arrange delivery and your free training lesson, and provide after-sale support.

To meet our legal obligations as an AVS-licensed pet shop, including dog licensing and microchip records.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Third-party services

WhatsApp (Meta) handles chat messages you send us — their own privacy policy applies to the WhatsApp service.

Google services on this site include an embedded Google Map of our Balestier shop and, if enabled, Google Analytics. These may set cookies governed by Google’s privacy policy.

Regulatory data (licensing, microchip) is shared with AVS/NParks as required by law.

Retention and protection

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to help you, and purchase records for as long as Singapore law and AVS licensing conditions require.

Access to customer information is limited to Nelson and Kim, the owners who run Curious Tails day to day.

Your rights under the PDPA

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for its use (subject to legal retention requirements).
