What a lovely experience picking up our new Cavapoo from Curious Tails in Balestier. Throughout the visit, Nelson and Kim had the best prices we came across and gave us a wonderful bundle of complimentary items, and never made us feel pressured. The puppy came home healthy and vet-checked, which gave us real peace of mind. Hands down the best puppy store we found, highly recommended.

We'd been comparing breeders for weeks, and Curious Tails in Balestier stood head and shoulders above the rest. It was clear Nelson knew their stuff, as they were happy to help with even the small things and knew their stuff inside and out. Everything from the health records to the paperwork was handled seamlessly. The $500+ starter pack was such a generous surprise and got us set up right away. We couldn't be more pleased, an easy five stars.

Had a really good experience getting our new puppy! The seller provided very clear instructions on feeding, care, and daily routine, which made the transition much easier for us. Our puppy is healthy, active, and very well taken care of. Really appreciate the patience and guidance throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied with nelson’s customer service, all the way from our first visit, to letting us pet each puppy and giving us ample time to choose a puppy that connected with us. He really gave us the chance to interact with each dog and choose one that really formed a special connection with us. We took so much time but finally chose a puppy we were very happy to take home and house. He gave so many freebies all included in the price. He even explained in detail the function of each freebie and made sure all paperwork was done smoothly. Really very thankful for nelson’s service.

Visited other shops before Curious Tails at Balestier, and theirs stood out straight away. it was clear Nelson shared very useful tips, the kind you usually get from experienced owners. Our Poodle is doing brilliantly, by the way. Will be back, and will recommend without hesitation. ⭐

Our Cavapoo came back home from Curious Tails in Balestier and the flat hasn't been quiet since, in the best way. Have to say Nelson and Kim shared their own tricks for crate training, genuinely impressed. No regrets at all, Curious Tails at Balestier really worth checking out. 💛

Service was great, Kim and Nelson gave us more for our money than any of the competitors we checked, plus still helped even though we came near closing time. Got a healthy Maltipoo, very worth it. Just had to add, our Maltipoo is perfect. Whatever you're worried about, Curious Tails ticks the box. 🐩

Puppy healthy and vet-checked, Nelson and Kim very reliable. Would come back again for sure. Our Cavapoo has settled in wonderfully. Easily the best puppy-buying experience we've had.
